Dr. Ana Valderrama has dedicated her career to helping others improve their health and wellbeing. After facing her own health challenges, she became passionate about the importance of lifestyle and health optimization.

Throughout her clinical experiences, Dr. Valderrama saw firsthand the impact that lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, and stress management had on her patients' health outcomes. This inspired her to focus her practice on helping patients make sustainable lifestyle changes that could prevent chronic diseases and improve their quality of life.
In her free time, Dr. Valderrama enjoys motherhood , hiking, SUP, gardening and experimenting with healthy recipes in the kitchen. She is dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and inspiring others to do the same.
